Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using Autopilot OS (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service Autopilot OS provides an AI-driven orchestration dashboard for property management.

Services include digital agent labor (rent tracking, maintenance routing, document compilation),

WhatsApp communication bridging, and the hosting of 3D spatial property twins.

3. User Responsibilities & Consent

  • Authority to Scan: You represent that you hold the legal right or explicit owner permission to request and

  • authorize physical 3D spatial scans of any uploaded properties.

  • Tenant Communication: You are solely responsible for obtaining the necessary consent from tenants to route their communications, KYC documents, and

  • maintenance media through our AI orchestration layer via WhatsApp.

  • Lawful Use: You agree not to use the platform for any illegal activities, including discriminatory housing practices or unauthorized data harvesting.

4. Fees and Payments

  • SaaS & Labor Fees: Agent subscriptions and standard door hosting fees are billed monthly on a recurring basis.

  • Hardware & Setup Fees: Spatial Digital Twins require a one-time setup fee per property, which is non-refundable once the physical scan has been executed.

  • Traffic & Bandwidth: We reserve the right to adjust hosting tiers based on excessive bandwidth consumption during high-traffic discovery phases.

5. Intellectual Property The Autopilot OS dashboard, AI routing logic, and proprietary code remain the exclusive property of Autopilot OS. The specific property data,

generated ledgers, and spatial twin assets belong to you, the Property Manager, provided all associated fees are paid in full.

6. Limitation of Liability Autopilot OS acts strictly as a data compiler and router. We are not liable for property damage, tenant disputes, physical vendor negligence,

or financial discrepancies resulting from inaccurate data provided to our agents. The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

7. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction specifically in the

courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
