use, process, and protect information when you use our website, dashboard, and AI agent services (including interactions via WhatsApp).

• Property Manager Data: Account creation details, billing information, and portfolio configuration data.

• Tenant & End-User Data: Information processed on behalf of Property Managers, including KYC documents, rent payment statuses, and maintenance requests

• submitted via WhatsApp.

• Spatial Data: 3D environmental scans, dimensional data, and visual layouts captured during property onboarding for the creation of Digital Twins.

• Communication Data: Text, images, and voice notes routed through our AI orchestration layer to facilitate property management tasks.

3. How We Use Your Information We act strictly as a data processor for Property Managers. We use the collected data to:

• Route maintenance requests and categorize property issues using AI.

• Render, host, and stream WebGL 3D spatial environments.

• Automate lease compilations and ledger updates.

• Process payments securely through integrated third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Cashfree).

4. Data Sharing and Sub-Processors We do not sell user data. We share data only with essential infrastructure partners to operate the platform,

including cloud hosting

providers (e.g., AWS), communication APIs (e.g., Meta/WhatsApp), and payment processors.

5. Security and Data Retention We implement robust technical measures to secure Postgres databases and cloud infrastructure. Spatial data and tenant

records are retained

as required by the Property Manager for operational baselines and legal compliance, and deleted upon explicit request or account termination.
